Hello, I'm Syzane, and I'm proud to lead the ZanasYogalate Studio, where we offer a unique blend of Yoga and mat-Pilates known as Yogalates. Our approach is dynamic and intelligent, designed to provide a comprehensive practice that enhances body conditioning.

In addition to Yogalates, I am also well-versed in teaching multistyle yoga, including hatha, yin, ashtanga, power yoga, and vinyasa. I've had the privilege of studying with leading experts in this field.

Through my years of experience, I've witnessed remarkable transformations in our members and clients. From improved postural balance to enhanced breathing habits, increased strength, and flexibility, the benefits of regular yoga and Pilates practice, especially Yogalates, are evident.

Moreover, the mental and emotional well-being that comes with consistent practice extends beyond the mat, enriching lives in profound ways. My passion lies in guiding our members to feel more connected and grounded in their minds and bodies. I'm committed to providing them with the tools to cultivate greater freedom and release from tension, stress, and strain, both on and off the mat.

Yogalates is a unique exercise method inspired by both Yoga and Pilates, as its name suggests. This fusion practice originated in 1997 by personal trainer Jonathan Urla and gained popularity through the work of Louise Solomon. Yogalates seamlessly integrates the gentle stretching and mindfulness of yoga with the core-building strength and posture awareness of Pilates.

Often described as a fusion of "East meets West," Yogalates combines the ancient Indian practice of yoga with the Western principles of Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates in 1920s Germany. It merges the yogic focus on enhanced mind-body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance with Pilates techniques aimed at improving posture and establishing a strong, stable foundation for movement.

Both Yoga and Pilates involve specific postures and deep core engagement, as well as a focus on correct breathing and meditative mindfulness. The experience in the Zanasyogalate studio is wonderful and I have a special feeling that I relive the yogalate class in a place that brings me happiness and a very positive attitude. The renewing energy that I receive during the yogalate classes gives me peace of mind and a positive infusion in my mental health. In this loud and dynamic life, I think we need the presence of yoga. Since I started practicing yoga, it has helped me calm down in many situations in all the daily events and all the tiredness accumulated during the day, at the end of the evening my mind and body return to calm thanks to yoga.

Yoga helps you to be present in the present / It tells you to change your way of thinking because we think too much about the future that has not yet come and this takes us away from experiencing the moment in the present. Yoga in a way sends you to perfection. Through yoga, we can change our habits, beliefs, and free ourselves from the beliefs that have created other characters to learn to like ourselves. Ypga helps us create our reality through visualization and imagination as well as the law of attraction. It sends the body into that state where you get release of everything.
