The art ofunderstandingmovement.breath.attention.balance.stillness.
A considered exploration of the body, the brain and the quiet intelligence behind every intentional movement. Guided by Syzane’s approach to Yoga, Yogalates and Pilates.
01 / THE EXPLORATION
An atlas for the
curious body.
Three plates — body, spine and mind. Hover any muscle to name it, toggle skeleton and pathways, then jump straight into a related movement or meditation.
The architecture of awareness.
Three plates — the body, the spine and the mind. Hover any muscle to name it, select a point to follow its pathways, and watch the figure breathe in a slow four-in, six-out rhythm.
Five places where breath, structure and attention meet.
Breathing is movement
The diaphragm is a dome of muscle beneath the lungs. As you inhale it descends and the lower ribs widen; as you exhale it rises again. Noticing this rhythm can help you sense effort and keep a steadier pace.
02 / THE CONNECTION
The body does not move in parts.
Breath, attention and movement continually inform one another.
03 / THE MEDITATION STUDIO
Stillness,
gently guided.
Five short practices — from simple breath awareness to a full body scan. Choose a length, press begin, and let the light move through the body with you.
Each practice unfolds in chapters with a soft bell between them. Add an ambient tone, go fullscreen, or jump to any chapter. Breathe comfortably and never strain the breath.

04 / THE MOVEMENT LIBRARY
Movement, one
breath at a time.
Thirteen foundational Yoga and Mat Pilates movements in a live 3D studio. Gravity and contact are simulated, so hands, feet and knees truly rest on the mat. Orbit around the figure, slow it down, step through each breath.
Drag to view from any angle, switch on X-ray to see the skeleton, or preview the next pose. Working muscles glow with effort. Press “Play as a flow” for a continuous sequence.
05 / THE PRACTICE

06 / THE GUIDE
The human side
of the method.
Syzane’s teaching integrates mindful movement, conscious breathing and careful attention to the individual. Her studies of Yoga and Ayurveda at the Academy of Vedic Sciences inform the philosophy behind ZanasYogalate.
This atlas is an artistic introduction to body awareness, not a medical assessment or a promise of therapeutic outcomes. Every practice begins with where you are.
